Our policy
Cream Chargers Canada does not sell to anyone under the age of 18. This applies to every product on this site, regardless of the reason given for the purchase. Nitrous oxide has no statutory minimum purchase age in Canada for culinary use; this is our own condition of sale, and we apply it without exception.
When you place an order
At checkout you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the goods are for culinary use. That confirmation forms part of the contract between us. We may carry out an additional check before dispatch; where we do, we email you and ask for one of:
- A government-issued photo ID (we look at name and date of birth only);
- For trade accounts, the business registration and a named responsible person.
Documents are reviewed and then deleted; we do not keep copies. See our privacy policy.
On delivery
Couriers may operate an age-restricted delivery on our instruction, in which case the person accepting the parcel may be asked to show proof of age. If nobody of age is available, the parcel is not left and delivery is rearranged.
If verification fails
If we cannot verify your age, or we believe an order is intended for someone under 18 or for misuse, we cancel and refund the order in full. There is no charge for a cancellation on these grounds. Please do not attempt to buy on behalf of someone under 18 — it is a breach of our terms.
