Delivery across Canada

Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.

The short version

  • We deliver to every province and territory by tracked courier.
  • Most orders arrive in 2–4 days. Some locations trigger a compliance review before dispatch; when that happens, allow up to 7 days from purchase.
  • Delivery is $175 and over free; below that it is $17.95. Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are $39.95.
  • Minimum order $175 (goods subtotal, before tax and delivery).

Dispatch and transit

Every order is picked and checked before it leaves — cylinders are inspected for damage and correct fill. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Transit times are the courier’s estimates, counted from dispatch, and are not guarantees; remote and northern addresses take longer.

Compliance review

Because nitrous oxide is a regulated food product and a pressurised gas, some destinations and order patterns are reviewed by a person before dispatch. We may ask you to confirm the business or the intended culinary use. This is the main reason an order can take up to 7 days rather than 2–4, and we tell you when it applies.

Where we cannot deliver

Pressurised cylinders cannot go to PO boxes, parcel lockers or freight-forwarding addresses, and cannot ship by air. If your address is unusual, ask before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier scans your parcel. It is also in your account. If tracking has not moved for two working days, contact us with your order number and we chase the courier.

Delivery attempts and safe places

Couriers normally make two attempts and let you redirect or nominate a safe place through their tracking link. Cylinders must not sit in direct sun or a hot vehicle, so we ask couriers not to leave them in unshaded outdoor spots. A parcel returned to us after two failed attempts can be re-sent; a second delivery charge may apply.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

  1. Photograph the outer packaging before unpacking further, plus the contents.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographs.
  3. Do not use any cylinder that is dented, corroded, leaking or otherwise damaged.

We replace or refund damaged and incorrect items at our cost. See returns and refunds.

Age on delivery

We sell to adults 18 and over. Couriers may ask the person accepting the parcel for proof of age. See our age policy.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, courier network disruption or labour action. If a delay is significant we contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
