Who is responsible
Cream Chargers Canada is the organisation responsible for personal information collected through this site. Contact: support@creamchargerscanada.com. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working and protect against abuse; they are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you choose them in the banner, and you can change your choice any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Who we share it with
Couriers (name, address, phone — so they can deliver), our email provider (to send order and support emails), our hosting provider (where the site and database run, in Canada or the United States), and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is processed by Meta under its own terms. Use email if you prefer not to.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Email support@creamchargerscanada.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, we never handle card data, access to order information is limited to staff who need it, and the server is hardened and monitored.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
