PrimeWhip Food-Grade Cream Charger XXL 3000G Saturn (Unflavored)

Central production kitchens and contract caterers usually want volume and neutrality in the same order, and Saturn XXL is exactly that: three kilos of unflavoured, food-grade nitrous oxide at a stated 99.95% purity, with no aroma to interfere with a house recipe. One body covers over 450 cartridge equivalents. It is a disposable cylinder, filled and checked before dispatch, and it needs a pressure regulator to run into a whipping siphon.

One neutral specification across several client menus

A contract caterer serving different client menus from the same kitchen needs a gas that won't carry a flavour from one job into the next, and enough of it that switching cylinders mid-shift isn't part of the routine. The unflavoured 3000g Saturn the largest cylinder PrimeWhip fills, one and a half times the 2000g XL is built for that combination of neutrality and volume.

It is the natural choice once a contract catering operation has outgrown the 2000g Saturn and needs to cut the frequency of changes further still.

Because the fill is unflavoured, it is also the size a caterer moves to when it wants to standardise every client menu on one neutral gas rather than keeping several flavoured options in stock just in case.

Fitment and compatibility

It connects through a pressure regulator fitted to the cylinder neck, the same way as every other size in the range, feeding a standard whipping siphon rather than a charger holder. One regulator serves this and any smaller Saturn cylinder the kitchen keeps in reserve.

Storage and handling

Because of its weight, the XXL should stand upright on the floor, in a cool dry area away from direct heat and cooking equipment, rather than on a shelf. It is sealed for single use.
