Yield from the largest FastGas cylinder

At the standard 8g charge, 2000 grams works out to roughly 250 charges from one cylinder the same yield as any 2000g format, just carrying FastGas's coconut aroma through every one of them rather than needing to reflavour along the way.

Fitment

Large-format cylinders like this are generally connected through a regulator rather than a direct cartridge fitting. If the rest of your setup runs on small cartridges, confirm your dispenser or regulator is compatible with a 2kg body before this replaces your smaller stock.

Storage and handling

A full 2kg cylinder is heavier than a small cartridge and should be stored upright in a cool, dry area. Because it carries a flavour built into every charge, keep it apart from strong-smelling storage areas so nothing else in the store affects the aroma before it reaches the siphon.

Comparing it to the smaller FastGas coconut cylinder

Where the 670g coconut cylinder suits testing the flavour or covering a single small site, this 2kg format is built for a kitchen that already knows coconut works on its menu and wants to buy in bulk without holding several smaller cylinders in rotation. It connects the same way as our other 2kg cylinders, so moving between coconut and plain or strawberry large-format stock needs no change of regulator or technique.
