Gas One Propane Butane Stove

Running on either fuel is the point of the GS-3400P: an 8 oz butane cartridge or, with the included converter regulator, a 16.4 oz propane cylinder. That flexibility matters for a mobile kitchen that cannot always source the same fuel. Ignition is piezo-electric, so there is nothing to carry beyond the stove itself, and heat is set on an adjustable dial. Safety features include a built-in pressure sensor that ejects the cartridge if pressure runs irregular. Fuel is not included.

Switching between butane and propane

The GS-3400P runs on an 8oz butane cartridge as standard, or on a 16.4oz propane cylinder once the included converter regulator is fitted useful for a mobile kitchen that cannot always source the same fuel at every pitch or event site. Fuel itself is not included with the stove.

The pressure-sensor cut-off

A built-in pressure sensor ejects the cartridge automatically if it detects irregular pressure, cutting gas flow rather than letting a fault run through a service. Combined with piezo-electric ignition, which removes the need to carry a separate lighter, it is built as much around unattended reliability as around raw output.

Choosing dual fuel over single fuel

A stove built for one fuel only is simpler, but it leaves an event or food truck stuck if that exact cartridge or cylinder is not available locally which is the reason for the GS-3400P's dual-fuel design and its included propane converter regulator. Carrying a butane cartridge for everyday use and a propane cylinder as backup, rather than committing to one fuel, is the practical way to use the flexibility this stove is built for.

Because propane cylinders differ from butane cartridges in size and connection, keep both types of fitting on hand rather than assuming one regulator suits every event, and confirm the converter is correctly fitted before relying on it away from base.
