Why 360 rather than 240 or 600

Kitchens outgrowing the 240 case but not yet ready for a 600 usually land on 360 as the sensible middle order enough to cover a busier dessert or cocktail programme without holding months of gas in a store cupboard.

Storage and handling

Loose 8g cartridges take up more shelf space spread out than a boxed case, so keep the 360 together in its original packaging until needed rather than decanting into a container, and store away from direct heat. Dispose of spent cartridges through your normal metal recycling route once they are empty, and rotate older stock to the front when a new case arrives so cartridges move in the order they were delivered.
