Sweet Lemonade sits on the sharper end of the PrimeWhip flavour range, which makes it a sensible partner for cream that would otherwise read as flat citrus tarts, lemon posset toppings, sharp fruit foams. The 320g cylinder holds around 45 cartridge equivalents of food-grade nitrous oxide, filled to 99.95% purity and sealed in a leak-proof body. Use it with a pressure regulator on a standard whipping siphon and treat it as a single-use cylinder.

Sizing the 320g for a rotating menu

This is PrimeWhip's smallest cylinder: half the fill of the 640g, about a sixth of the 2000g XL and under a tenth of the 3000g XXL.
