PrimeWhip Food-Grade Cream Charger 640G Saturn (Unflavored)

Where a flavoured fill would get in the way, Saturn is the neutral option: no aroma, nothing added, just food-grade nitrous oxide stated at 99.95% purity. In the 640g body it is the workhorse cylinder for a kitchen doing mixed work across savoury foams, pastry cream and cocktails on the same shift. Expect around 85 cartridge equivalents from one fill. It connects to a standard whipping siphon by way of a pressure regulator.

A neutral gas for a banqueting kitchen running several menus

Hotel and banqueting kitchens often run more than one menu off the same pass in a single evening, and a flavoured gas in that setting risks bleeding from one dish into another. The unflavoured 640g Saturn twice the fill of the smallest cylinder gives that kind of kitchen enough neutral gas for a full evening's cover across multiple menus without the aroma carrying between them.

It sits between the 320g, which suits a single small function, and the 2000g XL, which is more than most single-evening bookings need.

Fitment and compatibility

This is a cylinder rather than a cartridge, so it needs a pressure regulator fitted to the neck to feed into a standard whipping siphon. The regulator is reusable, so a kitchen scaling up to a larger Saturn cylinder for bigger bookings does not need to buy new hardware.

Because Saturn carries no added aroma, a kitchen can run it alongside a flavoured PrimeWhip cylinder on the same regulator without one fill picking up a note from the other.

Storage and handling

Store the cylinder upright in a cool, dry area away from direct heat and cooking equipment. It is sealed for single use, so there is no maintenance required only secure storage until it goes on the line.
