Citrus is the note most bar managers ask for first, and Sweet Lemonade in the 640g body gives a site enough gas for a full week of service on a busy list. Reckon on the equivalent of about 85 standard 8g chargers per cylinder. The fill is food grade and rated at 99.95% purity, with none of the oily smell that spoils a clean foam. It runs on any standard whipping siphon once a pressure regulator is fitted.

Fitment and compatibility

This is a cylinder, not a threaded cartridge, so a pressure regulator is fitted to its neck to feed a standard whipping siphon; it will not clip directly into a charger holder built for 8g shells. The regulator, once fitted, is reusable across cylinders of any size in the range.

Storage and handling

Keep the cylinder standing upright in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and cooking equipment. It is sealed for single use, so there is nothing to maintain before connecting it only secure storage in the meantime, away from general foot traffic.
